Yes, Exclusive REI requires that you use one of our approved closing attorneys.

Does Exclusive REI charge an origination fee?

Exclusive REI charges an origination fee of 1.5% for ground up new construction loans due at closing – with the option to be waived for Dutch-Interest loans.

Does Exclusive REI charge any lender points or underwriting fees?

Exclusive REI will charge up to 1 point of the total loan amount due at payoff for servicing and monitoring the loan. We charge a flat underwriting fee that is paid at closing per loan.
